- How can I join as a merchant?

- How much does MINITZ costs?
Our app and platform is free to download, register and use. However, your workout fees depend on the price set by different fitness centers and your workout time spent. The price of different services or products are clearly listed on our platform. We don’t charge any hidden fees.
- How to log in using phone number?
First, you have to make sure you have registered an account by your phone number. Once you have registered an account, you can log-in and log-out freely. However, if you would like to use your phone number to log-in, you have to input “852” in front of your phone number in order to receive the verification code. For instance, if your phone number is “65433210”, then you have to input “85265433210” in order to receive the verification code for log-in purposes.
- What if I forgot to check-out?
No worries! Since “Pay-by-minute” gym function is an innovative pricing model, we understand that it takes time to get used to it. We have added a mechanism, which sets a maximum charge per workout. Thus, if you forgot to check-out, you can contact us with acceptable proofs. To bear in mind, you have to finish your payment before starting the next workout session.
